We are unable to detect iron via atomic spectroscopy. The problem is we have added Fe-EDTA in a formulation. For detection of Fe, we digest the formulation (sample) with H2SO4 (usual practice) but we are unable to detect Fe by atomic spectroscopy. However when we are avoiding digestion with H2SO4, we are able to detect Fe. Can anyone solve this problem.
