C. Conflict Resolution Assignment Required: Select one of the listed scenarios described below and answer the following questions: Scenarios: A. S has been working with M for the last three days. On several occasions S has asked M to give her a hand with her residents. M always says he is too busy to help but is then off the floor sitting in the lunchroom. B. B and K recently moved in together and created a home together. K continues to be out and about with his buddies and B does not care for his buddies. However, K is devoted to this group of friends.
C. J had a stroke several months ago and she has some physical disabilities and has difficulty expressing herself. J has recently moved into a continuing care facility and requires assistance with all levels of care. The staff finds her daughter demanding and difficult. They have a hard time to complete their assignment when she is visiting J.
