The article by John and JoAnn Girard presents challenges in understanding knowledge management in that it is always difficult to agree on a definition of knowledge management. Using the knowledge that you acquired from reading the Girard article and what you find on the Internet, discuss the approaches that a company or organization can begin to define knowledge management for employees and managers and explain its benefits for all stakeholders. Include in the analysis the presence or lack of presence of a knowledge management culture and the reasons for it based on your observations and reflections.
