Defining International HR Functions
Describe the priorities for designing an HR function in your industry of study: (coffee manufacturing). This is the baseline for any company in your industry doing business anywhere in the world. Yes, this is a challenge!Consider each of the major functions you have studied:
- Employment and retention.- Compensation and benefits.- Training and development.- Employee relations.- Global workforce management.- Corporate social responsibility and ethics.
