Dr. Falcone is an emergency department physician who has just called the OR desk concerning a patient. He tells the charge nurse, "We have a 23-year-old male patient status post-MVA, no airbag deploy, moderate facial injuries, bruising and swelling about the left eye, diplopia, and enophthalmos. CT confirms left orbital floor fracture. He'll be up in 10 minutes."What does MVA stand for? Define diplopia and enophthalmos. What implant material must the CST confirm is sterile and available to repair the fracture? What instrument is often used to free up the periorbital fat that is entrapped in the fracture? If the fracture isn't stable after being reduced, what instrument tray should the CST have available?

The main question I'm having trouble finding the answer for is the last one, which surgical instrument tray is needed? I know a rigid fixation device is used, I'm just not sure which tray would be needed for it.
