Make a training manual.

You have been working as a bicultural worker for a number of years within an agency that provides services to recently arrived migrants and refugees in a range of areas.

You have been employed because of your cultural and linguistic skills with a particular community of newly arrived forced migrants.

Your organisation has asked you to make a training manual / guide (between 2 to five pages) in order to brief a new employee who is also a bicultural worker.

Explain what you would need to include in this document to assist the new employee becoming an effective bicultural worker within your organisation.

Include in your document some of the difficulties a new worker might face and what contingencies they could establish to deal with them.
