What stuck with me the most was the creative and critical thinking techniques to cope with stress. This has stuck with me because I tend to think of stress as something bad and that nothing good comes from it, but having a small amount of stress can drive someone to get things done. I tend to shut down or panic when in stressful situations and now I know there are better ways to cope with stress. In my future endeavors I plan to use these techniques and make the best out of my situations, and move forward and get things accomplished, especially if I plan to take on another leadership role.
