Creating and maintaining a professional portfolio that effectively highlights and showcases accomplishments, talents, competencies, and performance throughout your career is a strategic approach to career progression. A porftfolio is a personalized collection of artifacts. The format is dependent upon situational context. As part of course and programmatic requirements, MSN students completing the Nurse Administrator track will create and populate an electronic professional portfolio. The portfolio will serve as evidence of student growth and development at the culmination of the degree-seeking process. The end product must reflect synthesis of content gathered throughout the MSN program.
