Assignment: Talent Acquisition Tool for ABC Medical

Objective of this Assignment:

This assignment relates to the following Course Learning Requirements: CLRs 1-6

To culminate knowledge and skills acquired in this course by creating a research plan to decide upon a talent acquisition tool as well as an implementation plan to put it in place.

Pre-Assignment Instructions:

ABC Medical is a company undergoing a 60% growth rate and is planning on hiring 200 employees over the next fiscal year. Currently, ABC Medical is operating on a paper based and email based recruitment process.

The recruiter of ABC Medical posts jobs with the local newspaper and asks candidates to drop off a resume at ABC Medical. ABC Medical realizes that this process does not make sense for today's business environment and does not attract the right candidates. Also, this process is very labour intensive and requires a lot of time to screen and sort through candidates.

ABC Medical would like to invest in a Talent Acquisition HRIS tool that will:
Increase Candidate Exposure
Decrease time spent on recruitment
Systemize the entire recruitment process

Assignment Tasks:
You are to complete a 5-10 page report outlining the research needed to be conducted to achieve ABC Medical's recruitment goals. Once you have decided how ABC Medical will achieve their goals, you will be required to outline how the project will be executed.
