1. Describe a change management process or cycle that would be suitable for a training organisation or an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. You should refer to your readings, or any other resources you may identify on your own. You should provide appropriate referencing for your response. Your response should be in about 800 1000 words.

2. Describe any five (5) strategies a manager can use for communicating and embedding change in the organisation. Your response should be no longer than 400 words.

3. Explain how the following factors can impact an organisation's change strategies. Provide at least one measure to manage or mitigate the impact for each factor. Your response should be in about 100 words for each factor.

4. Describe the steps involved in creating a change management project plan. Your response should be no longer than 500 words.

5. Discuss three (3) potential barriers to change. Explain how you would respond to these three barriers to change. Your response should not exceed 300 words.
