1. Create a test plan

What are you going to test, e.g. which website?

How are you going to test?

How will you measure the the results?

Recruit at least 1 test subject

You'll need to give the subject time to participate in the testing so start early on this assignment

Ask your subject to perform at least one Direct Task and at least one Scenario Task - make sure that your subject is not familiar with the site, so choosing a popular site such as amazon or ebay may make it more difficult to find a subject.
