3. Add your name and student ID to the top of your program.
4. Run the program and create the "statepop" SAS dataset.
5. Add a column named "lddate" to the dataset to store the date when the data was loaded.
6. Create a data step to split the dataset into two separate datasets: one containing clean data (named "statePop_clean") and the other containing data with missing values (named "Statepop_dirty").
7. Clear your log.
8. Run the entire program.
9. Upload both the log and your program to CANVAS.
