1) Imagine that you are a manager who is conducting an appraisal interview with his/her subordinate.....the interview type is "Satisfactory-non-promotable"... How would you convince your employee that the non-promotable decision is a correct and fair one? Discuss at least three options you could suggest to your employee in this interview, these options have to be satisfying the employee and also the organization objectives.
2) Create a comprehensive training program, for your "accounting manager" who has been 5 years in the company but his recent reports show some deficiencies in his work. Create a training program for him using the 4-training stage process. Be specific in the method used in the training need analysis and the design, implementation stages (methods selected should be justified) and the evaluation mechanism that will be used. 4) It could be argued that the selection process identifies candidates who are competent in the "selection" process rather than candidates who are most competent to "perform" the job on offer. Discuss this argument in relation to at least 3 forms of selection in order to show that the argument is correct.
5) Develop a full Balanced Scorecards (4 cards) for " "Vodafone Egypt" Organization", Please develop only one objective, measure, target and initiative for each card. Draw a strategy map.
