You evaluated a COVID 19 vaccine education program designed to increase vaccine uptake in urban and rural areas of Kansas during the spring and summer of 2021. You followed a cohort of individuals, some who received the education program and some who did not. You find that those that received the education program were twice as likely to get vaccinated compared to those who did not receive the vaccine education program. You talk with your colleagues about potential selection bias.
