Hipolito, Inc. is a corporation engaged in the business of gas extraction. Patrick, a majority stockholder and CEO of the corporation wants to elect his two sons as President of General Affairs and President for Drilling and Mining Affairs. He believes that by doing so, the operation of the corporation will be streamlined. He inquired his Corporate Secretary, Atty. Noda if this is possible. If you were Atty.
