RN and physiotherapist were having conversations on resident manual handling update. Physio had reviewed resident's manual handling week earlier however didn't update in manual handover book which made confusion for extended care assistance when taking care of resident. RN politetly asked physiotherapist to update on manual handling book to update so there will not be any confusion between staff when attending resident. Physiotherapist agreed to the that.
