After reading an article from a renowned business journal, the CEO of the finance company that you work for wants you, as the Deputy Director of HR, to oversee the development of a new situational judgment test. The new test will be administered to the next batch of candidates applying for the management trainee program. In a recent email exchange, the CEO stressed that the new situational judgement test must have "high validity". 

(a)The CEO's request has TWO (2) possible meanings for validity. Distinguish them by contrasting descriptive inference and relational inference. 

(b) You decide to validate your new situational judgement test using the present employee method. Apply the present employee method and SEVEN (7) steps in the traditional validation process.
