Question: Using the same job you analyzed in the previous project, develop a sourcing and recruiting strategy to locate and attract high potential applicants. To attract and hire the best requires the latest recruiting methods and technologies to target specific aspects of recruiting, such as sourcing, engaging, hiring, and pipelining or building a talent community. Identify three specific recruiting sources you feel would be effective and explain your reasoning. (Don't say "trade publications". Be specific by listing which publications you are referring to. Don't say "tv". Be specific. Which station? During what show?) When making your selections, be reasonable. Consider how much these sources may cost. For example, if you are a small business, you are going to have to consider the expenses associated with some recruiting sources. In addition, make a job posting that could appear on your organization's website under the "Careers" section that would interest high-potential recruits to apply for the position. Make certain the ad is interesting and visually appealing.
