Every day there are millions of ideas trying to get patented. Much research has been invested into these ideas in order for it to stand a chance of becoming patented. Doctors come across many types of different things daily and come up with many new ideas for new technologies that they believe will help aide the future. There was a doctor that had come up with the idea of using technology to genetically alter organisms for use in human organ growth and transplant. The doctor had been conducting research over the past few years and truly believes that the idea will become patented. Should the doctor by chance be denied, the research will continue, but should that legally be allowed?
