Question 1 Thomas harrington had applied to global communication as a customer service agent. He was selected and was told that he would be scheduled for orientation and training during the first three months. Thomas does not see the need for such things as he is familiar with the job and knows that he is good at it. He also had some years of experience with another company. He feels it's a waste of his time and that the human resource manager should know about it.
