The purpose of the reflection paper is to identify your career objectives, summarize how the BSIT program has helped you achieve those objectives, how the knowledge acquired relates to your targeted workplace, and set the background for your professional portfolio. Your reflection paper will be valuable to the instructor in assessing your communication skills, critical thinking skills and domain knowledge competency in this course.
