Managers are always looking for ways to inspire and motivate their employees to be more productive, as well as providing them a work environment that will lead to employee satisfaction and creativity. Trying to reach a balance between the two can oftentimes be a daunting task, especially if the nature of the job itself is very specialized and narrow in scope (Ex: assembly line worker).
