Jenna and her husband have been trying to conceive for quite some time now. Jenna has a stable job as a clinician, but she's always dreamed of starting a family. She was diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure three years ago, owing to the increased demands of herjob. Jennas spouse has low testosterone, which his GP says is common in many men and is nothing to be concerned about. Jenna was able to . conceive after a few months and is currently three months pregnant. It was discovered that the twins shared an amniotic sac after a regular ultrasound. Jenna began to have severe cramping around 34 weeks of pregnancy. Her water broke unexpectedly, and she was hurried to the hospital. Jenna was able to give birth to two boys. Jenna notes four years later that one of the twins has trouble keeping up with the other because he runs out of breath much more easily. Jenna then takes him to the doctor, where he is diagnosed with asthma after a physical examination.
