May 31, Direct Manufacturing Labor - $112,500

May 31, Manuf. Overhead allocated - $95,625

May 31, tranfered to F. Goods $(375,000)

Clayton allocates overhead to jobs at the a budgeted rate of 85% of direct manufacturing labor cost. Job 911, the only job still in process at the end of May 2017, has $9,775 of manufacturing overhead allocated to it.
