She states that she recently went on a beach vacation with her kids and their families, and arrived home 2 days ago. Traveling home, she rode in the car with her husband for 10 hours. She has a history of GERD and heart failure, but she is moderately active. She walks with her husband and dog for about 15 min every day. Her vitals are BP 135/85, HR 65, RR 20, and Temp 98.0 degrees Fahrenheit. She states that the pain in her leg has worsened since arriving in the ER and it is now a 7/10 on the pain scale.
