Competing values decision-making model

There are four grids of the competing values decision-making model (Quinn & Rohrbaugh, 1981, 1983):

* Internal focus: mentor, facilitator
* Flexibility: innovation, networker
* Control: monitor, manager
* External focus: producer, team leader
