Compensation for IT Professionals
In terms of payment compensations, there are various surveys out that discusses IT professionals average salaries across various industries. Some believe that having access to these might contribute to De-motivating the employees especially if their payments are not within acceptable standards.
My personal view is I don't think that we could generalize the responsibility for compensation policies since organizations greatly vary in the way they are managed.
