Compassion and dedication are highly valued in the nursing profession. The nurse is sensitive to the patient's needs and gives the patient their undivided attention at all times. They give hope and optimism to individuals who are suffering. When I was welcomed, I had one of these lollipop moments. People with restricted ideas exhibit consistent traits and qualities and never grow. Instead of honing or improving their skills, these people simply apply them. Those with a growth mindset, on the other hand, welcome change. Such people manage and develop their skills by using the appropriate procedures, putting in a lot of effort, and receiving assistance from others. I consider myself to be a person with a developing attitude.
