A hospital that receives recognition through the Magnet Recognition Program® must outperform a comparison national benchmark in nurse satisfaction scores in four of the seven categories listed below. Determine one category that you feel your organization would not outperform and one category that you feel your organization would outperform a national comparison. In a paper, provide rationale and examples for why you selected each of these categories. If you have access to relevant data from your organization, you may use it for this paper.
