Ticket Reservations Sales LLC Company provides services to the commercial airlines from its data center.

IT System main parameters are ; The data center and company offices are in the same building . Processing 500,000 Tickets a day. It has 150 employees.

There are two databases.

Date of sale

Airline Name

Paid amount (price of the ticket)

Who sold the ticket (employee info )

HR Employee database to keep track of

Employee ID Number

Employee name

Position/ title

Pay scale (salary)

All member airlines were connected to the Ticket Sales database in the Headquarters via the Internet (Web-Based Data Base ). Only people within the company can access to the HR Employee database.
