Case Scenario - Sasha

In previous discussions between Sasha's mum (Cassie) and the Lead Educator about what outdoor activities Sasha may enjoy, Cassie suggested Sasha would enjoy some sort of mini-garden project. This suggestion was quickly incorporated into Sasha's Individual Education Plan (IEP) and Sasha was appointed project champion for the duration of the project.

A special guest from the local garden nursery was also invited to the service to talk to the children about gardening and show them the best way to look after the sunflowers to keep them nice and healthy.

With Sasha as project champion, the children have now started planting the sunflower seeds to begin the project.
