An 10-year old boy was brought to the clinic due to lower limb swelling. It started 3 days ago it was noted to be progressive. He has no fever, with occasional headaches and poor appetite. His urine was noted to be tea-colored according to the mother. He denies any pain associated with urination or difficulty in passing urine but claims that urination is less frequent the past 2 days. The mother also mentioned that the boy had 2 weeks ago which resolved after a course of antibiotics. On examination, his blood pressure is elevated, (+) facial edema and bipedal pitting edema, no rashes or joint swelling/tenderness. Laboratory examinations showed urinalysis revealed RBC cast and +1 protein. Serum creatinine is slightly elevated. What other test will you request to support your working diagnosis?
