Upon further exploration , client openly discussed experiencing an increase of anxiety due to financial hardship. Client informed BHS of needing assistance with applying for some form of water assistance , client openly discussed barriers with completing an application online by herself , stating " i tried to do it but i could not understand what was being asked". BHS educated the client on the different water assistance programs ; CNH water assistance and LIHWAP . Client was openly engaged throughout the discussion , expressing the internet in applying for CHN weatherization assistance. BHS educated the client on the weatherization assistance that can be provided to the client , educating the client on the requirement documents for the application. Client was openly engaged throughout the discussion , openly asking questions , continue to confirm interested in applying for the weatherization.
