He also reports urgency to defecate, abdominal cramping, and fatigue. He has lost 5kgs unintentionally in the past month. Medical History: John is generally healthy with no major medical conditions. He denies any recent antibiotic use or travel abroad. Family History: No significant gastrointestinal diseases reported in the family. Social History: John works as a graphic designer and denies smoking or excessive alcohol intake. Doctor's Examination: Physical examination reveals lower abdominal tenderness. There are no signs of external bleeding. Initial Investigations: Stool tests show positive results for fecal occult blood. Blood tests indicate mild.
