What are three challenges an intern can face during their internship? (Examples: communication, repetitive work, and unfavorable circumstances)

For each three challenges, please make sure to describe the following: 

1. Why should the target audience care about the issue and pay attention to the concerns? Give specific "pain points" that the target audience can relate to, so they understand the scope and magnitude of this issue. Use research to back up your argument and provide credibility. It is important to use credible sources in this section. 
2. Ideal situation: this is where you discuss the "rainbow" or ideal situation. This explains what the target audience is working towards. Don't take for granted that the target audience knows what opportunities are available to them should they properly address the issue. Help them get excited and motivated to solve the problem by directly relating the ideal situation to their specific company and circumstances. 
3. Strategic Recommendations: This part serves as the "recipe" that the target audience can follow to achieve the ideal situation. Use your sources to explain "how" your solution has been successfully implemented in the past by other companies. Show the target audience proven and successful steps to follow. Remember that the person tasked to execute the strategic recommendation may be unfamiliar with the solution. Therefore by providing steps the target audience can follow, the ability to resolve the issue becomes more achievable. Aim for at least 1-2 different sources for this paragraph.
