First make yourself familiar with the Case Study - 'ZingTech Phones' which is supplied in (Appendix ZingTech Phones)

Please note that a role play is not conducted due to COVID-19 restrictions and you are required to create your own notes based on your experience.

1. You are to complete the Operational Plan (Appendix Operational Plan).

2. You are acting as the Store Manager. The aim is for you to report your operational plan to head office by the extended trading deadline.

3. Read the staff profiles provided further down in this assessment.

4. Select one of the employees, either Tony or Mary from the staff profiles provided in the case study and:

a. Individually develop goals, KPIs and tasks for the Employee you have selected. Document these in the Employee's Performance Management Plan (Appendix Performance Management Plan Template).

b. Prepare notes to plan the outcomes you hope to achieve. Submit these with your documentation.
