Assessment: Final Reflective Report
The final reflective report requires you to identify how you have applied OB theory, learned during the module and to develop your knowledge and skills in working with others. Each student will produce a 3000-word individual reflective report that will identify three OB issues to which you can apply at least two OB theories that are relevant to each OB issue. Two of the chosen OB issues must be relevant to your experience of working in your group while preparing for the poster presentation and one of the chosen OB issues should be relevant to your experience from your studies, from work, or social groups to which you belong.
You will reflect on an issue and the concrete experience associated with it. For each of the three OB issues you are to select, apply and evaluate at least two appropriate OB theories relevant to each OB issue. By incorporating in your theoretical discussion, the AI-powered tools findings, analyse, in total, at least six OB theoretical models, drawing on pros and cons of each of them. You should include in your discussion the OB theory you have learnt during the lectures as well as the theory you have researched by yourself. Include a critique of potential biases that AI can amplify in business settings. The discussion may include concepts related to leadership and management, motivation, and communication in organization. The final part of the report will highlight what you have learnt from the experience and what you propose for future behaviour. References and any appendices should not be included in the word count.
