Mike recently was involved in a carjacking at gun point and now is having difficulty sleeping at night, when he does sleep he wakes up in cold sweats. He is also feeling more anxious and is easily startled. Patient was diagnosed with depression over 20 years for which he has been taking Zoloft 25mg. Mike also has a history of diabetes and hypertension and drinks 2-3 beers nightly. Per his wife he is drinking a little more since the carjacking. What medical diagnoses does Mike have?
