In your capacity as a systems analyst, you may face situations in which you encounter an ethical dilemma. For example, you may be asked to design a system that supports an activity with which you personally disagree. In this Discussion, you will apply your ethical principles to the job of the systems analyst, determining how to meet the needs of the project but still maintain your own professional code of ethics.

What strategies might you use to meet the needs of  your organization, its stakeholders, employees, or customers, while still keeping  to your personal code?
