Q2) Operations manager at light bulb factory wishes to find whether there is any difference in the mean life types of machines. Population standard deviation of machine I is 110 hours and of machine II is 125 hours. Random sample of 25 light bulbs from machine I points out a sample mean of 375 hours, and similar sample of 25 from machine II points out a sample mean of 362 hours.

i) By using 0.05 level of significance, is there any evidence of difference in mean life of bulbs produced by two kinds of machines?

ii) Calculate p-value and interpret its meaning.
