Question - Please send me just a result of calculations, no explanation needed. ASAP A company Alfa purchased a building at 1170'000 PLN. Before the building was taken into active use, the technical team identified following elements of the building:

- electric and gas fittings - element A. The value of this element is 14% of the whole building.

- water and sewerage system - element B. The value of this element is 12% of the whole building.

- equipment, window and door joinery - element C. The value of this element is 18% of the whole building.

- structural elements (foundations, walls, roof, floors, stairs ...) - element D. The value of this element is the rest (100% - 14%-12%-18%).

The whole building will be used throughout 61 years (mainly element D), while the other elements are to be exchange after:

- element A: 11 years,

- element B: 24 years,

- element C: 7 years.

Calculate the value of the building to be presented in the balance sheet at the end of the 2nd year of its use.
