Question - ABC corporation employees 300 workers as a team. When production of the team exceeds the standard production of 1000 pieces per hour. Each employee in the team is paid a bonus for the excess production in addition to wages at hourly rates.
The bonus is computed as follows, the percentage of production in excess of the standard quantity is found and five percent is regarded as the employee share. Each employee in the team is paid as a bonus percentage of a wage rate of $30 per hour. There is no relationship between the individual workers' hourly rate and the bonus rate.
