A permeability test was run on a cylindrical soil sample with a length of 175 mm, and a diameter of 75 mm. After 90 seconds, discharge was 300 cm3 under constant head of 41 cm. The sample had a dry mass of 850 g and its ?s was 2.60 g/cm3.

Calculate

(a) the coefficient of permeability,

(b) the discharge velocity, and

(c) the seepage velocity during the test.
