(a) calculate the value of capacitance when the dielectric is air having a permitivity of 8.85 x 10 F/m.

(b) A linear displacement reduces the gap length to 0.18 mm. Calculate the change in capacitance.

(d) Suppose a mica sheet of .01 mm thick is inserted in the gap, Calculate the value of original capacitance and change in capacitance for the same displacement. The dielectric constant of mica is 8[C A/d].
