a. Work out the total amount of digoxin to be given (in micrograms).

b. Calculate the initial loading dose in micrograms and by volume.

c. Calculate the volume of solution to be given at the 6-and 12-hour point.

2. A solution of aminophylline is running at 80 mL/h. The solution contains 1 g diluted in 1 L of 5% glucose. Calculate the hourly amount being delivered to the patient in mg.
