Question - There are seven industrial robots in the sub-assembly section of a certain plant that a part has to go through. The setup time on an industrial robots averages 3.5 hours. The average batch size for parts processed through the section is 75. The average operation time is 5.0 minutes, with tool handling time of 2 minutes. Under the shop rules, an operator can be assigned to support 2 industrial robots at a time. Accordingly, there are four operators in the section.
