You and a friend have started a business making organic vegan dog treats. The business is booming and you have rented a production facility and hired 6 friends to help you make, sell and promote the dog treats. You have been in business for 1 year, and have made great sales but there were also a lot of initial set up costs that you had not anticipated. Your employees/friends have begun to suggest that perhaps their pay is not as high as it should be. You need to decide what your competitive pay policy will be: lead, match or lag other manufacturing in the market place.
