You are brought in to conduct a Risk Assessment for an accounting firm. The organization is feuding over whether or not the assessment should be qualitative or quantitative. The company has the following characteristics:

Employs over 200 accountants and auditors

Has at least 20 people in the organization that have been on previous Risk Assessment teams

Have both cloud and on-premise infrastructure for their high impact expensive software

The company has gone through several audits and have several people versed in subjective assessments

The CFO is very hands on and likes simplicity

Some historical data is available, but not much

The organization typically has one major outage per year and have a difficult time determining how to recover properly when replacing assets

Provide a minimum of 3 reasons to the customer why you would recommend either a qualitative or quantitative assessment for their organization. If you provide a comparison for both, be sure to provide a summary of your selected assessment approach and why
