Question:
These questions explore using boolean expressions with while loops. If you get confused by the output as you work through these questions, you should review those pages in your textbook, with special attention to the operators &&, ||, and !.
For these eight exercises, you need to type what will be printed by the while loops. You do not need to run the loops - in fact, you should be able to determine what is printed without running the code. Of course, you can double-check your work by running the loop in the Interactions pane!
In Questions.txt, you should copy and paste the output from Dr. Java (or just report what you think will happen for that loop). If a loop does not stop (an infinite loop), click the Reset button in Dr. Java and report an infinite loop.
int x = 0; while (x < 3) { x = x+1; System.out.println(x); }
int x = 3; while (x > 0) { x = x+1; System.out.println(x); }
int x = 2; int y = 0; while (x < 10 && y < 1) { x = x+1; y = y+1; System.out.println(x + ", " + y); }
int x = 2; int y = 0; while (x < 10 || y < 1) // only change { x = x+1; y = y+1; System.out.println(x + ", " + y); }
int x = 12; // only change int y = 0; while (x < 10 && y < 1) { x = x+1; y = y+1; System.out.println(x + ", " + y); }
int x = 12; // change initialization int y = 0; while (x < 10 || y < 1) // change condition { x = x+1; y = y+1; System.out.println(x + ", " + y); }
int x = 12; // change initialization int y = 0; while (!(x < 10 || y < 1)) // change condition { x = x+1; y = y+1; System.out.println(x + ", " + y); }
int x = 2; int y = 0; while (!(x < 10 && y < 1)) // change condition { x = x+1; y = y+1; System.out.println(x + ", " + y); }
The program should allow the user via a menu to add an item to the list, clear the list, and display the list. You may assume that the list will never need to contain more than 10 items.
Write down the recursive boolean method named isMember. The method must accept two arguments: an array and a value. Method must return true if value is found in array.
Write a program in c of fibonaci series with and without using fibo func, both
show an example of a C++ Class that has a dynamic array of a string that takes in names by user input??
Generate a random number between 1 – 5 and 3 – 8 for express and normal lanes, respectively. This represents the arrival time of the first customer into each lane. Set the variable for total time elapsed to 0.
The mathematical operation max(x,y,w,z) can be represented by using the conditional expression operator, as in: max = (x > y && x > z && x > w) ? x : ((y > z && y > w) ? y : ((z > w) ? z : w)) Write a corresponding if else statement that is equival..
objective of this assignment is to use C++ to queue studentsinto an array-based queue for BCS registration. Students have the option of taking five different courses, but each course can only hold 8 students.
You need to prepare a C++ program in which you declare variables that holds an hourly wage, a number of hours worked, and a withholding percentage.
Write a menu driven program for an online beef distribution company. There are 8 different
Write a program to create 100 real random numbers and store it into a 1-D array. Find the value 1413 from the stored data and print out the value 1413 and the index of the array to the screen
The value will be the random number. Use an iterator to print the two fields lined up on the right with field widths in two columns with the numbers labeled with centered column headings of Key and Value. Since the list is easier to work with, let..
