Some of the main competitive advantage strategies of the Uber are as follows:

Uber is an international brands and provides its services across the globe which directly make him a mostly influential service provider across the globe.

Uber does not take drivers on payroll but it keeps the driver as a sign up. But having maintenance of the driver as well as keeping the full time drivers Uber are successfully maintained and advantage over the specific system across the globe. This is like practice help Google to generate huge revenues.

In clear words uber does not have any specific competitor. Uber has a huge operating size as well as it is the trendsetter of the taxi industry hence different companies face competition from Uber rather than giving competition to Uber.

By having a proper strategy of giving a customer a feel of their own car inside the taxes and implementing the ethics and rules codes inside the taxi services of Uber is one of the main strategic advantages and competitive strategy of Uber.
